I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of this location, especially the restrooms. The store and restaurant areas may look fine at first, but the restroom conditions were unacceptable. There were used paper towels and trash around the sinks, dirty paper on the floor near the toilet, and visible garbage and grime inside the urinals. It looked like the restrooms had not been properly checked or cleaned for quite some time. This is a busy location used by many customers and travelers, so the restrooms should be inspected and cleaned much more frequently. Cleanliness and hygiene should be a basic priority for any business. Unfortunately, the condition of the restroom left a very negative impression on me. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the cleaning and inspection routine as soon as possible.

Absolutely horrible experience at this Flying J. I urgently needed to send a fax, and the cashier named Leila was dishonest, rude, and completely unwilling to help. She repeatedly claimed they “don’t have a fax machine” and even tried to say the machine behind the counter was “just a printer,” despite it clearly being a multifunction office fax/copier setup sitting right there in plain view. She also claimed she “didn’t have the key to the office,” which sounded like another excuse to avoid helping a customer. Instead of offering any solution or even basic professionalism, she acted dismissive and arrogant the entire time. Truck drivers and travelers stop at places like this expecting at least minimal customer service. Instead, I got lies, attitude, and wasted time during an urgent situation. This location seriously needs better management and employees who are willing to do their jobs instead of making excuses. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a truck stop. 1 star.

New Postal Truck 5/14/26... they awesome have alarms on them... This location got big parking lot awesome employees clean restrooms and showers...

The flying Js must be cutting back on staff. This is the third one I been to today. There’s like one waitress and one cook. One person at the register. I go into the Dennys to get a simple salad to go and there’s only one other customer in the place. It takes them thirty minutes. I just don’t get it. If it was busy I would understand but omg. They act like everything is the first time doing it.

Came in today to get some fuel & def. This spot has plenty of parking, def & fuel lanes. Typical truck stop. So they have everything you need to get along your journey. Come check them out. BAMA TRUCKER - ROLL TIDE
